• consider the safe printing area. Do not place design elements in the area where the cropping will be;
• add bleeds. When preparing the layout, do not forget about 2 mm bleeds on each side. When everything is printed, circulation goes for cutting, and you get the perfect size for your product.

3. Correct preparation of the layout

Once you've decided on the size and design of your flyer, it's important to properly prepare it for printing. For a flyer to work for you, you need to make it as high-quality as possible. To achieve this, when creating a layout, select the CMYK colour space. If you already have a ready-made layout, but in RGB, then before printing, be sure to convert it to CMYK, because printing machines distinguish exactly this colour space.

Before starting the process, do not forget to save the layout in the format that is optimal for printing: PDF, TIFF, EPS.

4. Required circulation

The more flyers, the more likely more people will discover your company. But we recommend to start with an average circulation of about 5-7 thousand pieces in order to estimate the size of the outcome. If the effectiveness of such a number of flyers is practically zero, then it may be necessary to modify the design or change the text content, and only after that print another batch.
