Master Class "Individual Interior Elements: Development and Operation Features" from Slava Balbek

On June 20, 24print creative space hosted a Master Class "Individual Interior Elements: Development and Operation Features" from Slava Balbek.

Slava Balbek is a Ukrainian architect, a figural designer, the architectural bureau 2B.group co-founder and the balbek bureau architectural and design studio founder, who fights for the preservation of the Soviet modernism era architecture as part of the #savekyivmodernism organization. There are victories in the international competitions Restaurants & Bars Award and IIDA Global Excellence Awards for interior design in his arsenal.

Design projects for the international IT company Grammarly, the office of the creative agency Banda.agency, the boutique hotel Bursa, the restaurant 100 Years Ahead and Molodost are among the recent projects in Slava's portfolio.

In addition, Slava is a lecturer at the Archikurs course for architects, designers and project managers.

At the Master Class, Slava told us about:

•    individual elements made of wood, glass, metal, and stone;

•    real cases based on realized objects;

•    design development;

•    fuck-up stories; and

•    TOR preparation;

The event was attended by more than 80 people, and up to 100 people watched the online broadcast.

During the master class, visitors were able not only to learn a lot of new and interesting information from Slava, but also to ask questions.
